A Credential is your official marker of achievement, backed by an acknowledged authority. It is an indicator of your learning effort and achievement on ITZA, that you can share with friends, family and future employers. Credentials may also unlock exclusive opportunities and rewards!

We are constantly cooking new ways to help you evaluate your learning behaviours and outcomes, and soon you’ll be able to your milestones with friends or classmates!

How do I earn Yakka?
Earn Yakka by exploring content, watching videos, tackling quizzes and AI chats, participating in Challenges, earning Badges and Credentials, and more! There are constantly new ways to learn and earn Yakka on ITZA.
What can I do with my Yakka?
You can use Yakka on different digital and physical rewards in the Yakka Store, which opens at certain times each month. Yakka may also unlock exclusive content, extra challenges, and even real-world experiences.
What is Challenge Yakka?
Challenge Yakka is Yakka you earn during special, time-limited events on ITZA. Challenge Yakka can have special uses during the Challenge but becomes regular Yakka when the Challenge ends.
The Yakka Store is ITZA’s monthly rewards shop where learners can spend the Yakka they’ve earned by completing learning content and challenges on the platform. Yakka never expires and can be tracked anytime in My ITZA dashboard. The store opens for four days at the end of each month, offering a first-come, first-served selection of eco-friendly, sustainable, and fun prizes — from tech and books to symbolic animal adoptions and planet-positive products.
